Happy Monday and Happy New Week, My Friends! And happy last day of Summer! Our Monday is already blessed because we woke up! God woke us up for a reason.
There is so much going on right now that can cause you to worry and be fearful. Don’t let that fear and worry take root in your mind. Keep trusting God.
We all need a hug to start our week off with a smile. It will make you feel a little better. So, I’m sending Monday hugs your way!
With his hug, I am sending encouragement and I am saying to you, “God loves you, He cares for you and He is going to bless your Monday and your new week.”
I want to pray a simple prayer for your week and send the prayer with your hug. Pray this prayer with me and receive the blessings sent with it.
Dear God, We thank You for this new day, this new week and we thank You for bringing us through Summer. We are thankful that You woke us up and let us see another new week.
Bless each day of this week for all of us. May we wake up each morning refreshed from a good night’s rest and may we be thankful for each day’s blessings in the evening.
Lord, we pray that our faith is bigger than our fear. We are trusting in You to remove our worries and to place Your peace in our hearts. Remove our fears about the future and help us to live in the moment.
Lord, over the past few months, some of us have experienced the loss of loved ones and illness within our families. Restore our health and mend our broken hearts.
We are standing on Your promise that You will never leave or forsake us: Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, for the Lord your God goes with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. ~Deuteronomy 31:6.
Place a shield of protection around us, our families, our friends and anyone reading this. Keep us all safe this week and guide us away from any danger.
We thank You for brining us through the past few months. And we know that You will continue to bring us through trying times. We believe and trust in You, Lord.
Thank You for continuing to bring peace and calm to our Cities, States, our Country and across our world. And may we always seek to let peace begin within us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
