Happy Monday, my friends! And happy first day of June! Our Monday is already blessed because we woke up! God woke us up for a reason.
There is so much going on right now that can cause you to worry and be fearful. Don’t let that fear and worry take root in your mind. Keep trusting God.
We all need a hug to start our week off with a smile. It will make you feel a little better. So, I’m sending Monday hugs your way!
Today, let your faith be bigger than your fear. Let your trust in God remove your worries. Let your hope remove all doubt. Where there is faith and hope, miracles happen.
With his hug, I am sending encouragement and I am saying to you, “God loves you, He cares for you and He is going to bless your Monday and your new week.”
I want to pray a simple prayer for your week and send the prayer with your hug. Pray this prayer with me and receive the blessings sent with it.
Dear God, We thank you for this new day, this new week and this new month. We are thankful that You woke us up and let us see another new week, another new month.
Bless each day of this week for all of us. May we wake up each morning refreshed from a good night’s rest and may we be thankful for each day’s blessings in the evening.
Lord, most of us have been glued to our televisions the past few days. We are saddened by the images we are seeing. Beautiful Cities are being burned, defaced and destroyed.
We know You can calm the unrest and bring peace to Your Cities and Your people. You are the great Healer, Peacemaker and the great Physician.
Remove our fears, place peace in our hearts and increase our faith in You. We are standing on Your promise that You will never leave or forsake us.
Place a shield of protection around us, our families, our friends and anyone reading this. Keep us all safe this week and guide us away from any danger.
We thank You for brining us through the past few months. Lord, it has been hard being separated from our families and friends. And, now, we have unrest across our Country.
Calm the unrest, bring peace to our Lands, keep us safe, keep us vigilant and keep us focused on You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Today, whenever you need a hug, remember that this one is here for you. And remember that God loves you, cares for you and He will never leave you. Monday Hugs!
