Good Morning! Happy Saturday, my friends! I am glad God led you here on this beautiful Saturday and we get to spend this few minutes together.
There is no doubt that it was God who brought us through the week and it was God who woke us up to see another beautiful weekend. Thank You, God, for waking us up!
My Grandmother used to say, “If you’ve given it to God, there’s nothing anyone can do to make it better. He will handle it and you’ll get the best outcome possible.”
So, try not to bring any worries, fears and anxieties of the week into the weekend with you. Try to clear your mind of everything and focus on making today count.
This weekend, breathe in peace, breathe out peace. Steer away from drama-filled people and situations. No matter if someone tries to draw you into their drama, smile and walk away.
When we allow chaos and confusion to come into our lives, it is hard for us to hear God. It’s just like when you are trying to work from home. If there’s too much noise around you, you can’t get your work done.
I’m sending you this hug to help you let all your stress and worry go. With this hug, I am saying, “Let your stress go, let God have your worries and fears and have a weekend filled with God’s peace”.
And I am sending a little prayer with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working in our lives and He is working things out for us.
Dear God, Please bless everyone reading this. We are so thankful You have brought us to this beautiful weekend.
Lord, bring an end to this pandemic. Take this virus away from Your people and heal everyone suffering with it. We believe You are all powerful.
Lord, bring an end to the unrest across our Country. Bring Your people together in Your love and heal the division that divides us and keeps us in chaos.
Give us a weekend that is filled with Your peace and calm. Remind us that You are with us, You have never left us and You’ll be with us forever.
Place a shield of protection around us that protects us from all harm. Guide our footsteps away from danger and keep our eyes and hearts focused on You.
Let only positive people and energy enter our homes. Remove all negativity from our spaces and dispel drama before it finds us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
