Happy Spring! And Happy Thankful Thursday, my friends! I am thankful that God brought me to another Spring! I’m sending out Happy Spring and Happy Thankful Thursday HUGS.
The past few weeks have been very trying for us. There seems to be a cloud of fear, uncertainty and worry that hangs over us. We are worried about exposure to the Coronavirus for ourselves and our loved ones.
Spring is the season of renewal. Let this hug and the arrival of Spring bring renewed hope and calm to your heart, mind and soul.
I know you are worried. You are worried about yourself and your loved ones being exposed to or becoming infected by the Coronavirus. I understand your worry. I am worried too.
The best things we can do is pray, remain calm and do everything we can to minimize our risk of getting the virus.
All of this chaos, all of this confusion is going to pass, We are going to come out on the other side of this public health crisis. We are going to get through it.
I’m from a very small town. I’m so blessed to still call it home. We have a restaurant in town that is a landmark for anyone who comes to town. The Steak House has been there my entire life and as long as my mother can remember.
For the first time in its history, the restaurant is closed for inside dining. You cannot go in, sit at a table with your family and friends and enjoy a hot lunch from the lunch special menu. It’s the same for restaurants everywhere. No inside dining.
Changes are being implemented to protect us. To protect our family and loved ones. To protect our elderly, our infants and everyone in between.
May the beginning of Spring bring positive changes to our lives, bring a feeling of peace and calm to this Country and to the world.
