Sunday Hugs, My Friends! May God fill your Sunday with His blessings. It’s a beautiful, blessed day. I hope your day has begun with smiles and laughter and I pray you feel God’s blessings all day long.
With this hug, I am saying, “God Bless You. God cares for you and wants you to be happy”. There is never a time that God doesn’t see your tears, never a time that He doesn’t hear your prayers. He is always with you.
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. ~Numbers 6:24-26
As we go about our day today, I will be praying for your coming week. Let’s decide right now that today and the coming week are going to be positive, laughter-filled and blessed by God. Let’s believe together that God will remove our worries and replace them with His peace.
It seems like everyone I talk with is dealing with issues in their families. The devil is alive and he seeks to destroy families. When family bonds are fractured or broken, each family member is weakened and the entire family is more vulnerable to the devil’s doings.
Don’t let that happen. Keep your eyes, heart and mind focused on God. Make God the center of your family life. Only God can heal families. Only God can keep families strong and bonded together. With this simple prayer, I pray for families.
Dear God, please touch our families and heal them from whatever needs healing. If they are dealing with sickness, please heal their bodies. If they are dealing with addiction, stretched finances, loss of a loved one, loss of a job or career, please heal them. Strengthen the family bonds. Make them accepting of each other and remove any grudges, jealousy or resentment. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
