Sunday Hugs

Here’s to a beautiful and blessed Sunday, my friends! I’m sending Sunday Hugs your way! Don’t let them pass you by. Reach out and grab one and receive the blessings sent with it.

Whether your Church is open or if you are staying home, remember: This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. ~Psalm 118:24.

With this hug, I want to say that God cares for you. He cares for you so much that He gave His only Son so that your sins may be forgiven and you may live eternally.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. ~John 3:16.

God knows what He is doing. He knows what is best for you and He is doing things for you, rearranging things, giving you favor with others and preparing you for your blessings that He is sending you.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ~Jeremiah 29:11.

You may have lost your job or your hours may have been drastically cut. Just pray about it and trust in God to open new doors. Trust in Him.

He will make a way for you. I wanted to pray a short, simple prayer and send it with your hug:

Dear God, Thank You for waking us up and letting us see this beautiful, fourth and last Sunday of July. You kept us safe during the night and we are so grateful.

Lord, end this pandemic and take away this virus. Heal anyone who is sick and suffering and make them whole again with good health and happiness.

Be with us this week and bless us as we go about our days. May we be grateful for each sunrise and each sunset. Take away our worries and our fears.

Give us new opportunities, restore jobs, replinish finances and make a way for us and our families. Bring Your peace to our homes and our hearts.

We know You are with us. We know You are in control and You are going to bring us all the way through this pandemic. We are standing on Your promises.

Bring an end to the unrest and bring peace to our cities, our homes and our hearts. May we all be a blessing to others and may we all draw closer to You.

Give us a week filled with Your blessings of grace, mercy, favor, abundance and peace.

In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.

May you blessed today and every day. Sunday hugs!

Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!
