Good Morning, My Friends! Happy Thankful Thursday! It’s our fourth Thursday of August 2020. I pray you woke up thankful for life, with hope in your heart and happiness in your soul.
I’m sending Thankful Thursday hugs your way. So, wake up! Don’t miss these hugs. They’re coming straight at you. You don’t want to miss them, because they are sent with love and care.
God will never leave you. You may think that He is distant and you may think He has left you, but He is still there. He is always with you.I want to pray a prayer for our Thankful Thursday. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working things out for us.
Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful Thankful Thursday. We are thankful You woke us up. This day and each day is a gift from You and we are so thankful.
Lord, we are praying for everyone in the path of hurricanes and tornadoes. Provide a mighty shield of protection and protect them from winds, rains, surges and destruction.
We are standing on Your promises in Psalm 9:10: And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; for You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. ~Psalm 9:10.
Let everyone who is in the path of the storm and those who are displaced, feel You say to them, “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” ~James 4:8.
For anyone who has lost their homes to the storms and are now displaced, heal anyone who has been injured and draw them all closer to You, Lord.
And for those who lost loved ones to these storms, please be with their families and give them Your peace and comfort.
We are all thankful for our many blessings. Our blessings of good health for our families, our friends, our freedom and all the little things in our life are all blessings from You. And we are thankful.
Most of all, we are thankful that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ, so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.
Heal our Country with Your healing hands. Bring a complete end to the health crisis and continue to restore peace to our Cities, States, our Country and across the world.
Today, be with my family, friends and everyone reading this. Bless them in ways they’ve never known before and make a way for them when there seems to be no way.
We love You, Lord, and we are thankful for all the blessings You’ve placed in our lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
With this hug, I am saying “I am thankful for you”. May God bless you and fill your heart with thankfulness, peace and happiness. Thankful Thursday Hugs!
Sending you blessings of love, gratitude and prayer from Sterrett, Alabama!
