I’m sending Saturday Hugs your way, my friend! Happy Saturday! I’m praying that your weekend is blessed and that it has begun with smiles and laughter. May you feel God’s blessings all weekend long.

Enjoy your weekend. Leave all the stress and worry in the past. Take time to consciously slow down. Breathe and concentrate on clearing your mind and heart of any negativity you encountered during the week.

Don’t let any of the stress and worry that you had during the week ruin your weekend. Whatever is worrying you, turn it over to God. Pray for His peace and you will feel the worries leave you.

I’m sending you this hug to help you let all your stress go. Your weekend will be so much more enjoyable if you spend it worry-free, without the stress of problems that weigh you down.

Just slow down. Slow down your speech. Slow down your breathing. Slow down your walking. Slow down your eating. And let this slower, steadier pace perfume your mind. Just slow down…

When we try to race to get everything done that we want to get done, we wind up just racing through the day and when the day is over, you’re still stressed and worried about things that happened during the week.

If you’re always racing to the next moment, what happens to the one you’re in?

Remember that God is always with us. Always with us to help us do whatever we need doing. He doesn’t want us to be stressed. He doesn’t want us to be worried. He wants us to live in His peace.
