Good Morning! Happy Saturday, my friends! I am glad you are here with us. I am glad God led you here on this beautiful first weekend of October.
I hope you are able to get out this weekend. I hope you will have beautiful weather to get out and do some things you’ve been wanting to do.
I’m sending you this hug to help you let all your stress and worry go. With this hug, I am saying, “Let your stress go, let God have your worries and fears and have a weekend filled with God’s peace”.
And I am sending a little prayer with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working in our lives and He is working things out for us.
Dear God, Please bless everyone reading this. We are so thankful You have brought us to this beautiful Saturday and first weekend of October.
We know it was You, God, who brought us through the week and it was You who woke us up to see another beautiful weekend. Thank You, God, for waking us up!
Lord, help us not to bring any worries, fears and anxieties of the week into the weekend with us. Clear our minds of everything and help us to focus on making today count.
Today, we will look at our blessings and not our problems. We will focus on all the little things that make our lives so blessed and meaningful.
Lord, many of us are struggling. Many of us are worried about our health or the health of our family members. But, we know that You are in control and we know that You can heal us.
Reach down Your healing hands and heal us from cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, arthritis, lupus, hypertension and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
And heal other areas of our lives that need healing. Heal our minds, remove confusion and restore clarity. Heal us emotionally and heal our broken hearts.
Heal us spiritually and renew our hope in You. Renew our faith and recharge our souls. Show us ways to lead others to You in their time of need.
Give us a weekend that is filled with Your peace and calm. Remind us that You are with us, You have never left us and You’ll be with us forever.
Place a shield of protection around us that protects us from all harm. Guide our footsteps away from danger and keep our eyes and hearts focused on You.
Let only positive people and energy enter our homes. Remove all negativity from our spaces and dispel drama before it finds us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
