Are you struggling? Do you feel a tightness in your chest because you are so worried about something? It may be a family member, a relationship, your work or something else.
It may be something very small or it could be a major issue. No matter how big or small, it has you so burdened that your heart is heavy.
Even the strongest of us have moments where the burdens of life are just too heavy. It’s then that The Lord whispers to our heart, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” ~Matthew 11:28.
Just breathe. And calm down. Remember who has told you that He’s got your back. Remember who said He would give you rest. He didn’t just say that He would make you feel a little bit better. He didn’t just say that some of you can come to me. No, He did not.
He said all you who are weary. He said that He would give you rest. When you are in a restful state, you are not worried about anything. Your body, your mind, your heart and your soul are light. That tells you that He isn’t taking you half-way. He is giving you rest.
I have a situation that I am taking before God for prayer and rest. I am asking that God give me such complete rest that all burdens, sadness and unhappiness are removed from me. God is a powerful God. And prayer is the most powerful force in the Universe for us. God gave us prayer and I use it. I thank You, God, in advance for my rest.

I went to a gastrologist last week and they do a lot of blood to find out what could possibly be wrong with my liver. So far three of the 10 has came back with red flags and I’m scared, I have a fiber scan next week to see how my liver is functioning and see how damaged it is because I was a raging alcoholic for seven years straight, I’ve been sober coming up three years July 18, and now I have the fear that I may have messed my liver up too much all the What Ifs come into my mind and I’m very scared right now I have children family grandchild all these things and lately I’ve been thinking about nothing but death, so if you could please pray for me it would be greatly appreciated I do believe in God he is my true savior I give him my life to God several times in my life but I never took it seriously, until I became sober and I begin to see God in many different ways , and I know if you got all things are possible and prayers are not forgotten if you could please pray for me it would be greatly appreciated. God bless,
