Good Morning, My Friends! Happy Thankful Thursday! It’s our fourth and last Thankful Thursday of July 2024 and I pray it is a day blessed with God’s every perfect gift from above.
I am moving just a little slower than normal, but God woke me up and started me on my way!
I hope you’ve had your cup of coffee with me and you’re able to catch these hugs as they fly your way.
I want to pray a short prayer for your Thankful Thursday. Please pray with me, believe in God and the power of prayer and receive the blessings that are coming with your hugs.
Dear God, Thank You for waking us up on this beautiful Thankful Thursday. We have moved very quickly through the month of July and we’re almost to the end, thanks to You.
Lord, we are praying for everyone who needs a miracle and for everyone who needs to feel Your touch.
Send Your mighty angels to protect us. Protect us, no matter where we are, in our homes, in our workspaces, in our schools and everywhere in between.
We are thankful for all the blessings we have in our lives. We can see our problems, but if we stop for just a moment and look around us, we see our many blessings.
Our families, our friends, our health, our freedom are all “things” that we are thankful for. We know that You make all of these blessings possible.
We say it often, but we can never say it enough, God, You are good, all the time. We love You and we praise Your holy name.
Lord, many of us are struggling. Many of us have lost family and friends. And some of us have been unwell. But we know that You have never left us. You are with us, always.
Remove all sickness and illnesses that we have been struggling with. Heal our bodies of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, lupus, hypertension, addiction and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
There are so many other illnesses some are struggling with, Lord. Remove anything from our lives that takes us away from You and Your goodness.
Today, be with my family, friends and everyone reading this. Bless them in ways they’ve never known before and make a way for them when there seems to be no way.
Remove our worries, our fears and anxieties. Increase our trust in You and strengthen our faith so that we learn to never doubt You.
We love You, Lord, and we are thankful for all the blessings You’ve placed in our lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
With this hug, I am saying “I am thankful for you”. May God bless you and fill your heart with thankfulness, peace and happiness. Thankful Thursday Hugs!
Sending you blessings of love, gratitude and prayer from Sterrett, Alabama!
