Good Morning and Happy Saturday, my friends! It’s our second Saturday of April and it is going to be a blessed day. I pray your skies are bright and your heart is happy today. May this Saturday before Palm Sunday be filled with the presence of the Lord.
I’m so glad that you found your way here and you can get a hug and pray a prayer with me. When I ask you to pray with me, I am not forcing my religion on you.
I am saying that I believe in the power of prayer and I care about you. I want God to bless you, prosper you and keep you safe from any and all harm.
I truly believe that God brought us through the week and woke us up to see this beautiful weekend. Like He does every single night, He kept us safe and let us see another sunrise.
I’m sending Saturday hugs your way. This hug is to say that God loves you, cares for you, protects you, wants to see you blessed, and wants to see you happy.
And I am sending a little prayer with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me. And when you pray, believe that God hears our prayers and He is still on the throne.
If your heart is full, if you can only cry, God hears the prayers of your heart. He knows your heart and He hears the prayers of a sincere heart.
Dear God, Bless everyone who is praying this prayer. We thank You for bringing us through another week and letting us see this beautiful, blessed Saturday and weekend.
We claim, right now, Heaven’s blessings for our weekend, Lord. We claim happiness, peace, joy and renewed energy. We know that all things are possible with You.
Some of us are really tired, Lord. We have things going on in our home life and our work spaces. Our worries have depleted our energy. Please restore our energy and rejuvenate our spirits.
We ask that You send Your angels to guard and protect us. Place Your shields around us and push back anyone or anything that would do us harm.
Heal everyone who is sick and suffering and restore good health to their bodies. Touch all of us with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, lung disease, kidney disease, arthritis, lupus, hypertension, addiction and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
Lord, thank You for bringing peace to our hearts, our homes, our work places, our schools and all other places we roam. May we all strive to be peacemakers and take peace everywhere we go.
Let only positive people and energy enter our homes. Remove all negativity from our spaces and dispel drama before it finds us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Whenever you need a hug today, I hope you will remember this one. Saturday Hugs!
Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!

Dear Charity, please pray for our little town, its been a rough couple of days. A company was laying, fiber optic cable and hit a gasoline, which later caused an explosion killing a little boy his sister and dad were blown out of the house, they are in separate hospitals, with extensive surgery ahead. Our whole city Lexington, Mo. has been without heat every since, which is minor compared to what that family
is going through .
