A Weekend Prayer

Do you need encouragement? I pray that this prayer helps you to become encouraged. Remember that there is nothing too big or too bad for God to handle. He will make a way for you when there seems to be no way.

Weekend Prayer: Dear, Lord. Please give us strength and encouragement this weekend. Renew our spirit so that we are encouraged to persevere and to keep walking in Your love. Help us to trust You with every part of our lives–our families, our homes, our jobs, our schools and all other areas of life. Help us to remember that You have plans for us to prosper, plans for us not to be harmed and plans for our future (Jeremiah 29:11). For everyone dealing with tough times right now, help them to see the lesson in the pain and help them to adapt and keep moving forward. There are times when we are dealing with disappointment. There are times when we think we know best about a situation, but we become disappointed and brokenhearted with the outcome. Help us to always look to You and to trust in You to get through these disappointments and heartbreaks. When we feel weak in our faith and our joy seems to abandon us, remind us that our strength and joy are found in You. For anyone who needs a financial miracle, please show them Your favor and make a way for them. For those who need physical, mental, emotional or spiritual healing, please touch them with Your healing hands. Please touch our families, friends and animals and be with them this weekend.
