Do You Have A Prayer Request?

I hear from people every single day that are going through rough times. There are many reasons they are experiencing hard times–sickness, broken relationships, depression, anxiety, financial deficits…and the list goes on and on.

So I wanted to offer prayer for anyone for any reason.  You don’t have to say why you want prayer, you don’t have to make it a long request.  If you want me to call out your name in prayer, let me know. If your request is unspoken, type “unspoken”. No matter the need for prayer, I will pray for you.

Any time I extend an offer for prayer, I always have someone say, “Who are YOU to pray for anyone?”  So, I want to answer that question up front:

I am someone who believes in the power of prayer.  I believe in it because prayer has worked miracles in my life.  I believe in prayer because I’ve seen them work in my life, in the lives of my family and in the lives of my friends and animals.  I believe in prayer because we are told in the Bible:

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if ask anything according to his will, he hears us.  ~1 John 5:14

And if we know that he hears us–whatever we ask–we know that we have what we asked of him. ~1 John 5:15

I believe that the power of prayer is the most powerful force on the planet for God’s children.  And I believe if you pray to God with a sincere heart, He hears you and will work in your life.

When someone tells me that they are praying for me or have prayed for me without me knowing it, I feel like they have just given me the purest form of love.  And I want to show you the same.
