I have never been more aware of the brevity of life than I am this year at Thanksgiving. My days fly by. It seems like yesterday we were celebrating the beginning of 2017 and now it is almost over. The year has gone by so, so fast.
As I am making preparation for Thanksgiving, I am thanking God for all my blessings. And there are many.
LIFE IS SHORT. Cherish your family, friends and animals. You never know when your loved ones will be taken from you. Hug them a little bit longer today. Tell them that you love them. Look a little deeper. And appreciate the little things that they always do. Before you go to bed tonight, make sure they know that YOU WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT THEM. ~Charity M. Richey-Bentley
Take a look at who is around you over the next few days. Look closely at them. Do they need you? Do they need a hug? Do they need to hear that you love them? The answer to all of these is probably “YES!”. I don’t mean do they need you to survive? What I mean here is, do they need you in their life? Believe me, they do. And you need them too. Let them know. Hug them. Tell them you love them and make sure they know that you love them and that you are blessed to have them. Everyone in your life, family, friends and animals are there for a reason. You may not know the reason, but they are there because they are supposed to be there.
As you prepare for Thanksgiving, I am sending my love to you and yours!
