Mother’s Day Weekend Saturday Hugs-May 10, 2025

Smile, my friends because it’s Saturday and it’s Mother’s Day Weekend! Good Morning and Happy Saturday! Decide right now that today is going to be a wonderful, blessed day. Believe it and claim your blessings for this special weekend.

This hug is to say, “Be encouraged. Keep the faith and keep hope in your heart. You are not alone. God is with you. He loves you and cares for you”.

If you still have your Mother, you have a lot to celebrate this weekend. And if your Mother has gone to Heaven, you have a lot to celebrate too.

I also wanted to pray a simple prayer and send it with this Mother’s Day Weekend Saturday hug. Please pray this prayer with me and receive the blessings sent with it:

Dear God, Thank You for bringing us through the week and to this beautiful Mother’s Day Weekend Saturday. We are so thankful You woke us up.

You’ve protected us, blessed us and given us the strength to keep going. You are so good, all the time. Thank You for making a way for us.

We feel so blessed to be able to be with our families and celebrate our wonderful mothers. Where would we be without the influence of our mothers on our lives? I speak only for me, but I am so grateful for my mother and grandmother.

We not only thank You for our Mothers, but we also thank You for all the caring family members who have helped care for their parents and grandparents.

We pray for all the Mothers who have stood strong in times of trial, who have worked both inside and outside the home, who kept our homes running, who cooked meals, washed clothes, and kissed away all the boo-boo’s.

We thank You for the role models found in our Mothers. Those who’ve passed down strong characters, belief in faith and a loving, and caring heart.

Please reach down with Your healing hands and heal all mothers from cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus, addiction and all other illnesses our mothers are struggling with.

Also, please bring clarity to their everyday living and bring happiness and joy to their heart and soul.

For all the mothers who may be separated from their families on Mother’s Day, please wrap them in Your loving arms and let them know they are not alone.

Make this weekend a weekend filled with Your mercy, grace and favor and shower our families with Your blessings.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
