Saturday Hugs-August 17, 2024

Good Morning and Happy Saturday, my friends! It’s our third Saturday of August and it is going to be a blessed day. I pray your skies are bright and your heart is happy today. And I pray you stay in God’s peace today!

I’m so glad that you found your way here and you can get a hug and pray a prayer with me. When I ask you to pray with me, I am not forcing my religion on you.

I am saying that I believe in the power of prayer and I care about you. I want God to bless you, prosper you and keep you safe from any and all harm.

I truly believe that God brought us through the week and woke us up to see this beautiful weekend. Like He does every single night, He kept us safe and let us see another sunrise.

I’m sending Saturday hugs your way. This hug is to say that God loves you, cares for you, protects you, wants to see you blessed, and wants to see you happy.

And I am sending a little prayer with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me. And when you pray, believe that God hears our prayers and He is still on the throne.

If your heart is full, if you can only cry, God hears the prayers of your heart. He knows your heart and He hears the prayers of a sincere heart.

Dear God, Bless everyone who is praying this prayer. We thank You for bringing us through another week and letting us see this beautiful, blessed Saturday and weekend.

We claim, right now, Heaven’s blessings for our weekend, Lord. We claim happiness, peace, joy and renewed energy. We know that all things are possible with You.

We ask that You send Your angels to guard and protect us. Place Your shields around us and push back anyone or anything that would do us harm.

Lord, reach down and touch us with Your healing hands. Remover cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus, addiction and all other illnesses we are struggling with.

Bring peace and calm into our hearts and homes. Living a chaotic life makes us lose our focus on You. And we want to stay focused on our walk with You.

We need You more than ever. We need You in our homes, our workplaces, our schools, our public spaces, our churches and everywhere in between.

Let only positive people and energy enter our homes. Remove all negativity from our spaces and dispel drama before it finds us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
