We are about to have a beautiful Supermoon. The Super Snow Moon is set to be in it’s glory this weekend, providing that the weather remains clear.
The Snow Moon, so named by Native American Tribes for February’s snow-on-the-ground wintry weather will hang in the sky Friday evening through Monday morning. It will appear largest at 2:33 a.m. ET on Sunday February 9, 2020.
The moon will appear full for about three days. It will be one of the biggest full moons this year, since the moon is nearing the closest point to Earth in its orbit.
So watch the skies, my friends! And enjoy the beautiful Snow Moon!
Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!
