The stunning center piece is a clay heart set in a metal, shabby, small lock plate. The clay cabochon has been stamped in faded calligraphy. The heart has also been stamped with faded calligraphy. Reminiscent of times long past, this piece evokes feelings of romance and antiquity.

The backdrop of the piece is done in the palest of pinks. The heart is hand-painted in a soft gold. The heart is sealed to the backdrop with a high gloss and reflects a soft dusting of fairy dust. The shabby metal lock plate is 2.5" wide (widest point) and 1.975" high. The heart measures .8" wide. The rhinestone and bead drop hangs another 2." from the lock plate.

Hanging from the lock plate are rhinestones and hand-crafted bead charms. The tiny beads match the larger beads in the chain.

The heart hangs from a 22" chain. Completely hand-crafted, the chain is composed champagne, gold and soft pink beads. The beads are highlighted with sparkling spacers. The rhinestone and bead drop hangs another 2." from the lock plate.

This piece is truly wearable art.
