Good Morning, My Friends! Happy Thanksgiving Day! It’s our last Thursday of November 2021 and I pray you woke up thankful for life, with hope in your heart and happiness in your soul.
I’m sending Thanksgiving Day hugs your way. So, let’s shake off our sleepiness, grab a cup of coffee and reach out to grab one of these hugs. They are coming at you pretty fast, so don’t let them pass you by.
I want to pray a prayer for our Thanksgiving Day. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working things out for us.
Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful Thanksgiving Day. We know each day is a gift from You and today is extra special as we celebrate Thanksgiving Day. We are grateful that You opened our eyes this morning and we are alive and well.
Lord, we believe that it was You who kept us and our families safe this year. And we believe it was You who brought our families together so that we celebrate our Thanksgiving Day together.
Last year was a hard year for us. We were not able to gather together and celebrate together. But this year, Lord, we are together and so thankful that we can be thankful for each other while we are together.
Lord, we are standing on Your promises in Psalm 9:10: And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; for You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. ~Psalm 9:10.
For anyone who has lost loved ones to illness be comforted by You and may they feel You with them in their time of need.
Remove our worries and anxieties and place Your peace in our hearts and homes.
Touch us with Your healing hands and remover cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are dealing with.
We are all thankful for our many blessings. Our blessings of good health for our families, our friends, our freedom and all the little things in our life are all blessings from You. And we are thankful.
Most of all, we are thankful that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ, so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.
On this Thanksgiving Day, be with my family, friends and everyone reading this. Bless them in ways they’ve never known before and make a way for them when there seems to be no way.
We love You, Lord, and we are thankful for all the blessings You’ve placed in our lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
With this hug, I am saying “I am thankful for you”. May God bless you and fill your heart with thankfulness, peace and happiness. Thanksgiving Day Hugs!
