Cancer is taking so many people away from us. It’s taking our family members, our friends, our animals, our co-workers, our co-worshipers and school children. It is a horrible disease that claims the lives of so many.
It seems like every week there is someone else that I learn has cancer. And it seems like I hear about higher numbers of people each week. It’s not just one per week anymore. It’s several.
Looking at projections in the time frame of 2012-2030, worldwide cancer cases are projected to increase by 50% from 14 million to 21 million. Worldwide cancer deaths are projected to increase by 60% from 8 million to 13 million. Source: cancer.gov.
I wish I could hug all cancer patients and tell them that I love them and don’t give up. Even though I cannot hug them physically, I can hug them with a prayer.
Prayer for Cancer Patients: Dear Lord, I pray for all people who are dealing with cancer. Touch them and their families with Your healing touch. Surround them with Your love, strength, courage and hope. May they have Your wisdom in seeking and finding the right treatments. Bless the doctors, nurses and medical personnel and guide and direct them in caring for their patients. If they ever begin to believe that You have left them, please wrap them in Your arms so that they know You love them and You have not left them. I pray that you remove every cancerous cell from their bodies. Give them new energy and restore their hope. I also pray for the families of the patients. Give them Your strength and help them carry on. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. ~Charity M. Richey-Bentley

My 49 year old brother, Martin is battling stage 4 rectal cancer & has decided to stop chemo as it’s not working anymore. Taking the natural option, which include cbd, cbg & other natural types of supplements. No family history & he has never smoked, drank or used any illicit drugs in his life. Always a picture of health until this monster started destroying everything. So terribly difficult for his wife, our parents & my own family to see him waste away! A MIRACLE is what he needs & would be so appreciative of any prayers you could send his way. Thank you so much!

my husband got very ill one day at Dennys Rest. said he could not eat and we left and went to the hospital he had stage 4 cancer in his liver he lived only 8 weeks it was very sad

My son passed away from cancer on May 16, 2019, He was only 58. He was blessed with very little pain He had been blind all his life and now he is in heaven seeing Jesus. We miss him constantly but are thankful he has a good life now.

I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer early in 2018, after Chemo and the Whipple Procedure I kept losing weight. a month ago an MRI showed four Mets on my Liver and possibly one Spinal at L4-L5 but I’ve had three L4-L5 surgeries so they aren’t sure. I have started Chemo again but in need of Prayer since our Lord Jesus is the Great Healer. Thank you and anyone else who feels led to pray.
