Good Morning & God Bless, My Friends! Happy Monday and Happy New Week! I’m grateful God woke me up this morning. It’s good to know that I get to do everything I can to make this week–each day–count. Remember, it’s up to you to determine what your day is going to be like. And you get to decide what kind of week you are going to have too.
I’m sending you this caring hug to let you know that God loves you, He wants you to be happy and He wants you to live in His peace.
Life is too short to live angry and upset. Count your blessings. Let go of grudges. Forgive those who’ve hurt you and move on. Don’t let regrets take root in your mind. Cherish your family and friends who are always there for you. Smile, laugh and choose to live in joy. Live in the present and make the most of every moment. Love with all your heart.
This day and this new week are gifts from God. Never take one second of any day for granted. And never take for granted any person in your life. Every person in your life is there for a reason. They will either be a blessing for you or they will be a lesson for you.
And don’t let anyone–not even yourself–get you to a place that you are living in an angry or a chaotic state. Life is too short to live that way. Every minute that you live in anger is 60 seconds that you are allowing anger to control you. Remember, whoever angers you, controls you. And every 60 seconds that you give to anger is 60 seconds that may have been spent in joy.
If at any point during the day you feel like you are getting out of the peace that God wants you live in, take a deep breath, say a prayer and remember this caring hug.
Sending you love, blessings and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!

Those words are true and easily could add pages to a book being written by me. My life contains many such statements creating an interesting read. I bear no anger, grudge, or resentment. I’m a forgiver. A second chance giver. No judgement (s) given, unless you hurt me the 3rd time. I’ll listen but not trust you. I am often misunderstood… but don’t defend unnecessarily.
