It’s our favorite middle day, my friends. Good Morning and Happy Wednesday. It’s our third Wednesday of October 2020 and we are blessed because we woke up to see this new day.
These mid-week hugs help you let go of any stress that you’ve had in the beginning of the week and it renews you for the rest of the week. So, I pray you can reach out and grab one of these hugs.
Also, I want to pray a short, simple prayer and send it with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me, believe and receive the blessings I am sending with it.
Dear God, Thank You for another beautiful day. No matter what happens today, we are going to remember that our day is blessed simply because we woke up.
Some of us are going through hard times, Lord. We need You to restore us and make us whole again. Only You can do what we need done for us individually, in our families, our communities, states and our Country.
Lord, we thank You for bringing a complete end to this health crisis. We know that You are in control and You can heal us.
Heal everyone who is sick and suffering and restore good, complete health to their bodies. Remove our pains and replace worry with Your peace and calm.
Thank You, Lord, for making a way for us. Thank You for all the jobs and opportunities You are providing to us. Thank You for keeping our families safe and whole.
Lord, please heal the division across our Country and the world. May we all realize that You love us all and You want us all to be happy and healthy.
Lord, we need You more than ever. We need You in every part of our lives. We need You at home, in our workplaces, in our public spaces, in our schools and everywhere else.
I don’t want to be in this world without You, Lord. You stand between us and evil. You stand between us and chaos and You stand between us and worry.
We thank You for never leaving us. We thank You for always helping us, for always leading and guiding us, and for always forgiving us. We thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, so that our sins are forgiven and we may live eternally.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
If you get to a place today where you need a hug, imagine this big, caring hug that I am sending to you! Wednesday Hugs!
Sending you love, blessings and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!

Thank you for the hug. I really needed it today. Sometimes I wonder if there are people out there that believe as I do. We are all Gods children therefore we are brothers and sisters. Skin color should not matter. We are all the same under the skin.
God did not make people racist, their ancestors did.
People need to turn to Jesus to rid their hearts and minds of the hatred they have for people that donβt look exactly like them. God is always in control. God loves each and every one of us. The Lord is just waiting for you to turn back to him and call on him to put peace in your heart and minds.
