I hope your Sunday is blessed, my friends. We only have a couple of days left in January. And then, we will be into February 2022.
Remember, This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. ~Psalm 118:24.
I’m sending Sunday Hugs your way. No matter where you are worshiping today, remember that God hears our prayers. And He is our safe place, He is our help, our peace, our calm.
I wanted to pray a short, simple prayer and send it with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working things out for us.
Dear God, Thank You for waking us up and letting us see this beautiful day. You kept us safe during the night and we are so grateful.
Thank You, Lord, for bringing us through January 2022. It has been a hard month for some of us. But we know that You are still on the throne and You are still in control.
Lord, we are entering a new week and we are thanking You in advance for everything You are going to do for us this week. We pray that we walk close to You and listen intently for Your voice.
Remove all sickness from us and let us enjoy the best health ever. Touch us with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
Remove all our fears and anxieties and increase our trust in You, Lord. Let us feel Your presence and shine Your light on our paths.
God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea. ~Psalm 46:1-2.
Though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. He says, “Be still and know that I am God”. ~Psalm 46:3, 10.
We are standing on Your promises in Psalm 46. We believe and trust in Your word and we know that You will never leave or forsake us.
Be with us this week and bless us as we start and end each day with prayer and a thankful heart. Help us be a blessing to others as You have blessed us.
Lord, we know that You know our hearts. We invite You into our hearts and we ask You to place Your peace and Your love there.
Even though we have been worried and afraid, may we always be thankful for Your many blessings. We know You are with us.
Give us a week filled with Your blessings of grace, mercy, favor, abundance and peace. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
May you blessed today and every day. Sunday hugs!
Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!
