It’s our favorite day, my friends! Good Morning and Happy Friday! It’s our last Friday of January 2024 and it is going to be a wonderful, blessed day. God is good, all the time.
Let’s decide right now that today is going to be great. No matter what happens today, don’t let anyone take you out of God’s peace. And take that peace into the weekend with you.
I’m sending Friday hugs your way. I hope you are able to reach out and grab one. Don’t let them pass you by because these hugs are meant to make you smile.
I want to pray a short prayer for your day. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God hears our prayers, He is faithful and He is in control.
Dear God, This Friday is a gift from You. We are so thankful our names were on the wake up list. We are privileged to have another day to praise You, seek Your plans for our lives and to be a blessing to others.
We know You hear our prayers. You hear us when we speak words of pain, words of hope and when we tell You what we need. And You hear us when we cannot speak, but can only cry and wait for Your touch.
We need You in every part of our lives. We need You in our homes, in our public spaces and everywhere in between.
We are learning to wait on You, Lord. We have seen that You are working things out for us. Forgive us when we don’t wait on You, when we are impatient and when we lose hope.
Lord, increase our hope and renew our faith in You. We know that where hope and faith live, miracles happen. You are a miracle-working God and many of us need miracles in our lives.
Remove worry, anxiety and chaos from our lives. We cannot focus on You if we do not have peace in our hearts. Guide our feet away from trouble, harm and chaos.
Heal our bodies and remove all pain and suffering. Touch us with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
Bless all of us financially. Open new doors of opportunity, promote us in our current jobs and give us new and better jobs.
Be with us all today and this weekend and strengthen our trust in You. Renew our bodies, give us energy and bring happiness to our lives.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Charity thank you so very much for the prayer today. I am finding myself struggling to articulate a prayer these days. I can read but I am depleted with all the constants. Moans and groans are what come out but the prayer today is exactly the interpretation of most of my moans and groans. I am hopeful He heard that prayer. I will spend today and the weekend repenting of my anger anxiety impatience and sinfully bratty nature. I think YOU for coming today to my side to help.
