Happy Monday, My Friends! It’s our second Monday of November and Veteran’s Day! Yes, we are moving fast through this month and toward the end of the year. We are already blessed today because we woke up. And God woke you up for a reason!
I’m sending Monday hugs your way. We all need a hug to start our week off with a smile. So, even if you’re not fully awake yet, reach out and grab a hug!
With his hug, I am sending encouragement and I am saying to you, “God loves you, He cares for you and He is going to bless your Monday and your new week.”
I want to pray a simple prayer for your week and send the prayer with your hug. Pray this prayer with me and receive the blessings sent with it. Always believe that God hears our prayers.
Dear God, We thank You for this new day, this new week. We are thankful that You woke us up and let us see another new week. We thank You for bringing us this far in November.
We are deciding right now that our day and our week are going to be blessed with peace, joy and happiness. We won’t let anyone steal our happiness. And no matter what happens, we won’t let anyone bring us down.
Some went to bed last night expecting to wake up this morning, but they didn’t wake up. But, You woke us up today, Lord. We know You have a purpose for us. May we always seek to serve Your purpose.
Bless each day of this week for all of us. May we wake up each morning refreshed from a good night’s rest and may we be thankful for each day’s blessings in the evening.
Lord, I lift up all our Veterans and their families to You. Let them know how we appreciate them and thank them.
Touch us with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus, addiction and all other illnesses we are dealing with.
Remove our fears, place peace in our hearts and increase our faith in You. We are standing on Your promise that You will never leave or forsake us.
Place a shield of protection around us and keep us safe from all harm. Guide our footsteps away from danger, negativity and drama and keep peace in our hearts.
Today, Lord, we pray that our faith is stronger than our fear. We pray that our trust in You removes our worries. We pray that our hope in You removes all doubt. We know that where there is faith and hope, miracles happen.
We believe in You, we trust in You and we are going to live each day of this week for Your glory. We will praise You in the morning, in the afternoon and in the night.
We thank You for bringing us through hard times, for always being with us and for sacrificing Your Son, Jesus Christ. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Today, whenever you need a hug, remember that this one is here for you. And remember that God loves you, cares for you and He will never leave you. Monday Hugs!
