Happy Friday, Happy Weekend, My Friends! I hope you have a blessed Friday and a beautiful, blessed Weekend. No matter what your week was like, try to slow down and spend some time just being this weekend. Don’t try to get too much done, don’t overextend yourself. Relax and enjoy some peaceful, slow time this weekend. Shut off all the noise from the week, clear your mind and let your heart and soul feel peace. Here’s a prayer for your weekend. I pray that you are blessed by it.
Weekend Prayer. Dear Lord, Thank You for a wonderful, productive week. Thank You for the many blessings You gave me this week. I am so grateful. You guided me, directed me and kept me from harm. Thank You for protecting my family and keeping them safe from harm. Help me to end this week as I sought to begin it: with Your grace, faith, hope, strength, patience and peace. Make this weekend a time of peace, calm and a renewed focus on You. Take away my worries, anxieties, confusion and doubts. Renew my hope and restore my energy. Instruct me in Your ways, watch over me and protect me from anyone who would do me harm. Show me Your favor and guide me with Your loving care. Bless my family, friends, animals and anyone reading this and be with us all this weekend. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. ~Charity M. Richey-Bentley
Try to spend some time with God, your families and your animals this weekend. Cherish the time you have with them and be grateful for the little things. Make some beautiful memories that you can cherish for a lifetime.
Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!

Hello,
I don’t have any horses but I sure wish I did. I used to love riding my Grandpa’s Shetland ponies when I was little. Now I live in town though, and even though we can raise chickens in town, I think they frown on horses tied up in the back yard(and I don’t think the horses would like it very much either).
Anyway, I was feeling kind of put off by the upcoming weekend, so I did a search for a weekend prayer, and your site popped up as one of the results. It was the only one I clicked on and I am glad I did, as it was just what I needed. Simple and down-to-earth prayer. Thank you.
I did read about your “about us” portion of your site and while I am not a “chic” I hope you don’t mind me dropping by to share in your prayer. 🙂

Thank you for being here and praying with us.
