Good Morning! It’s our favorite day, Friday, and it’s our last day of September! Yes, my friends, we are moving right into October. Let’s decide right now that God is going to bless our day. I am sending Friday hugs your way. I pray you are able to catch one.
Let’s make each moment count today. Once a single second is gone, we cannot get it back. It is gone forever. So, let’s make every moment, every second count.
It’s always exciting to begin a new season. We have a clean slate. We get to start over and not take regrets with us into the new month.
With this hug, I’m saying, “God is with You. Be encouraged and keep hope alive in your heart. Cherish your loved ones and cover them in prayer”.
I wanted to pray a short, simple prayer for encouragement. Pray this prayer with me and believe that God hears our prayers and He is going to bless us all.
Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful, last Friday and our last day of September. We are so thankful to You for keeping us safe, keeping our families safe and giving us Your peace during the past month.
Lord, You know what is going on in each of our lives and You hear our prayers. You know our struggles, our worries and our fears. And, most importantly, You know our hearts.
Some of us have days in which we feel we cannot go on. We have health issues, financial struggles and many of us are dealing with issues inside our families. But, Lord, You are an awesome God and we know You are faithful. You are working everything out in every part of our lives.
Take away our fears and strengthen our faith. Remove our racing thoughts and calm our minds. Renew our hope and help us to always believe in miracles.
Heal anyone who is struggling with health problems. Touch us with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
May we always place our trust in You, Lord. We sometimes worry and lose our trust. But we pray that our trust is strengthened as we learn the power of prayer and trust.
Remind us that better days are ahead and that You are with us. Help us to always place our faith in You and rely upon Your power to bring us out of the darkness into the light.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
