Happy Friday, My Friends! I hope your day and your weekend are blessed! It’s been a really fast week for me. I’ve been running a little too fast to try and get too much done. And I’ve not taken the time to stop and refuel.
But, now I am stopping for a few minutes. And I need a hug. You may too. I feel like I want to hug all my family and friends and whisper to each one of you, “Just breathe. Everything is going to be alright. God is working on your behalf right now. Be patient and trust Him.”
But a lot of the people I love and want to hug are spread far and wide. Some are in different States and some are in different Countries. But I still want to hug them. And I want them to know that I am hugging them.
When your arms can’t reach the people who are close to your heart, hug them with your Prayers.
I truly believe that the most beautiful place to be in the world is in someone’s prayers. I’ve always known that if someone prays for me and wants the best for me, they truly love me. That’s a very comforting thought when you’re going through hard times.
PRAYER. The most powerful weapon against trials. The most effective medicine against sickness. And the most valuable gift to someone you love.
If you have followed us for a while, you know that I am a big believer in prayer. I believe it is the strongest weapon we have available to us. I grew up in a home in which I watched the prayers of my mother and grandmother change things. And their prayers changed things in a mighty big way. I have seen first-hand the power of prayer, how it can change the impossible to the possible.
So, even though I can’t physically be with you all, I still want to send you out a Friday hug to let you know that God loves you and I love you too.
