Monday Hugs

You are blessed! You woke up! I’m sending Monday Hugs your way, my friend. With this hug, I’m saying, “God bless you this week!” I pray this hug helps start your week with a smile.  Happy New Week and Happy Monday!

God woke us up to see another Monday, another new week. And I am thankful. Today we get to do the things we planned last night. If we planned to run errands, we get to. If we planned to get a specific issue taken care of on our job, we get to. If we planned to take a parent or a child to the doctor or have a quiet day at home watching it rain, we get to.

Because we woke up, my friends. We made it through the night. Some people made plans for the day, but didn’t wake up.

With this caring, loving hug I am saying , “God loves you, He wants you to be happy and He wants you to live in His peace. God wants you to have a week that is happy”.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. ~Romans 15:13

You aren’t here by accident. You didn’t make it through the night by accident. You are here because God has a purpose for you.

See this new day, this new week as gifts from God. Because they are. Yes, it’s Monday, but God made this Monday and you have a unique role to play in this Monday.

This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. ~Psalm 118:24

I thank God that you are here. Each and every one of you. Remember that this week can’t throw anything at you that you and God together can’t handle.
