Good Morning, My Friends! Happy Sunday of July 4th Weekend! I hope your day is filled with family, friends, happiness and good times!
And I pray you have some time to spend with God. Time to thank Him for our freedom and to thank Him for the dedicated men and women who work to keep us free.
I am sending you Sunday hugs to say, “I pray your day is filled with peace and happiness. And I pray you feel the blessings I am sending with your hug”.
I also wanted to pray a short, simple prayer and send it with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and receive the blessings I am sending with it.
Dear God, Be with us today on this beautiful Sunday. Bless us and protect us as we go about our day. Give us beautiful weather, good times with family and friends and peace for our hearts and homes.
No matter where we are worshiping today, be with my family and friends and let them feel You in their midst. We know that You are with us and You will never leave us.
Remind us what celebration of our July 4th is all about. And remind us that we are blessed to live here, to be free and to be able to pray and worship You.
Reach down and touch us with Your healing hands. Remover cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
And with Your healing hands, heal this great Land. Remove the division and give us unity. Remove the chaos and give us peace and calm.
Increase our trust in You. We want to live our lives trusting in You and Your power. We know that with You, we can do anything.
Give us the ability to look at solutions that are grounded in love and compassion. Remind us to look for and see, really see, the good in others.
Lord, we are all Your children. You love us all equally. And You know each of our hearts. Every single one of us.
May we use today to honor You and reflect Your love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
