Sunday Hugs-May 26, 2024

This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. ~Psalm 118:24. Good Morning, my friends! Happy Sunday! I pray you woke up with a smile on your face and peace in your heart.

I’m sending Sunday Hugs your way! I don’t want you to miss out on this hug because I’m sending blessings with it. Reach out and grab one. It will make you smile.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. ~John 3:16.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ~Jeremiah 29:11.

I want to send a prayer with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is going to bless us. Remember, with God all things are possible.

Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful, blessed Sunday. We are so thankful You woke us up on this fourth and last Sunday of May 2024. We are so thankful to be in our Memorial Day Weekend. We know that it is a blessing to be alive and breathing.

Lord, thank You for caring for us. Your love and care are unlike any other. We know that You care so much for us that You gave Your only Son so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.

We know that You know what is best for us and we know that You are doing things for us, rearranging things, and  giving us favor with others.

Lord, many of us are struggling. I pray this prayer especially for anyone struggling. We know, Lord, that You have brought us through many difficult times and You will continue to bring us through.

May we always stop to remember that when things are going wrong, You are preparing us for better days ahead. You are making a way for us and restoring everything we need to be happy.

Bring Your healing to our homes, our communities and our Country, Lord. We know You have the power to mend the broken and make us whole again.

Heal our bodies and remove cancer, diabetes, liver disease, heart disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, lupus, hypertension and all other illnesses we are struggling with.

Give us new opportunities, restore jobs, replenish finances and make a way for us and our families. Give us jobs that are the best jobs we could ever get.

We know You are with us. We know You are in control and we know that You are worthy to be praised. Thank You for Your never ending love and care.

Give us a beautiful Memorial Day tomorrow and be with my family and friends this week. Give them a week filled with Your blessings of grace, mercy, favor, abundance and peace.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
