Thankful Thursday Hugs-August 11, 2022

My Friends! Happy Thankful Thursday! It’s our second Thursday of August 2022 and if you woke up with a thankful heart, join me in praising Him!

Thankful Thursday hugs are coming your way. I hope you are able to get one of these hugs. Because it is sincere, caring and it is being sent to let you know that God cares for you.

Around here, we are thankful every day. But we tend to be more cognizant of our blessings on Thursdays. We tend to look around a little more and see a little more.

Join me in taking a few minutes to thank God for everyone and everything we have in our life. When we do that, our blessings multiply.

We have so much to be thankful for. God has kept us and our families safe and that in itself is a lot to be thankful for.

So, let’s thank Him and praise Him! No matter what is going on in your life, God has brought us this far and He will carry us all the way through. Keep believing that better days are coming.

I want to pray a short, simple prayer for our Thankful Thursday. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working things out for us.

Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful Thankful Thursday. We are thankful You woke us up. This day and each day is a gift from You and we are so thankful.

We are all thankful for our many blessings. Our blessings of good health for our families, our friends, our freedom and all the little things in our life are all blessings from You. And we are thankful.

Most of all, we are thankful that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ, so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.

No matter what we are going through, we will remember that You have not left us, that You are still on the throne and You are still in control.

Reach down with Your healing hands and heal us from cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are struggling with.

Today, be with my family, friends and everyone reading this. Bless them in ways they’ve never known before and make a way for them when there seems to be no way.

We love You, Lord, and we are thankful for all the blessings You’ve placed in our lives.

May we use the blessings You’ve placed in our lives to bless others and lead them to You.
