Thankful Thursday Hugs

I’m sending Thankful Thursday Hugs your way! Happy Thankful Thursday, My Friends! This is a day given to you by God. Be thankful.

God has blessed me so. He wakes me every single day. I have the blessings of the Lord in all areas of my life. My heart is thankful.

I am so thankful my name was on the wake up list. Thank You, God, for waking me up.

So, this hug I’m sending you is to say, “Good Morning! I am so thankful to be alive today and I want you to know that I am thankful you are alive too!”

Happiness is not about getting what you want all the time. It’s about loving what you have and being grateful for it.

Be thankful for everyone and everything you have. Sometimes you may hear someone say something like, “You can’t pick your family. You are born into it.” And that’s true. And I know that sometimes if we were to get everything we want, we may want one or two of the family members we have to go on a long trip.  Not get hurt, but you know, go away for a while. I hope that made you smile.

But if you really look at this person (or persons), you can find something good. You may have to look for a while, but you can find something.

Be thankful for the people God has placed in your life. Each and every one is there for a reason.

You made it past the middle of the week and you made it through the night—God woke you up. Another day to walk with God is a blessing. Time to spend with your family is a blessing. We get another day to breathe. Thank You, God.

I, for one, am thankful for this day. And I am sending you this hug to say, “I am thankful for you.”
