Thankful Thursday Hugs

Good Morning and Happy Thankful Thursday, My Friends! I’m sending out Happy Thankful Thursday HUGS. As you go about your day, remember that you have this hug, waiting for you if you need it.

There is always, always, always something to be thankful for.

No matter how fast your life is moving, no matter what trials you are going through, find time each day to look around you and see your blessings. And be thankful.

In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. ~1 Thessalonians 5:18.

We have so many reasons to be thankful. The very first thing is that we are alive. We woke up. We get another day to walk with God and try to be a better person than we were yesterday.

We are never alone. That’s another reason for thanks. God watches over you. He gives you strength. He loves you and will never let you be alone.

Without the love of God, I don’t know where I would be. Where would any of us be? I know that God’s love is personal for me. He loves ME. And I am so thankful for His love. Never forget that He loves YOU. He had us in mind when He sent His Son so that we could be saved. His love was, is personal. Just for us. If that’s not something to be thankful for, I don’t know what is.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. ~John 3:16.

Another reason I am thankful is that I have hope. Even on bad days, if I have hope, better days are coming. I can look ahead in hope for my future.

Hope is seeing light in spite of being surrounded by darkness.

With this hug, I am saying “I am thankful for you”. God bless you with all of His gifts from above. And Thankful Thursday Hugs!
