Thankful Thursday Hugs

I woke up with a thankful heart! I’m thankful that I opened my eyes, thankful to be alive and breathing. Thank You, God, for another Thankful Thursday!

Good Morning, my friends! It’s a beautiful day to be thankful for everyone and everything you have in your life. Yes, we could have more, but we could also have less.

I’m sending out Happy Thankful Thursday HUGS. I pray you are able to get one of these hugs and feel the blessings sent with it.

God has given us so much to be thankful for. We have our families, our friends, our health, and our freedom. If that were all we had, that’s enough to be thankful.

Most of us are now able to leave our homes and do the things we’ve had to put off for a while. That’s something to be very thankful for.

God has brought us this far and He will carry us all the way through. I believe that He is going to make a way for us, even when we start to lose hope.

The most important blessing we have to be thankful for is that God gave His only Son so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. ~John 3:16.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. ~1 Chronicles 16:34.

With this hug, I am saying “I am thankful for you”. I want to pray a simple prayer and send it with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working in your life:

Dear God, Thank you for waking us up to see this beautiful Thankful Thursday. We are so blessed to have this day to live, love and walk with You.

Thank You for all our blessings You’ve placed in our lives. We are blessed to have our family, our friends, our health and our freedom.

May we never take any of our blessings for granted. Thank You for making a way for us during these hard, tough times. We wouldn’t  be here if it weren’t for Your love.

Most of all, we thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.

Be with my family, friends and everyone reading this. Restore our jobs, strengthen our faith, renew our hope and increase our trust in You. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
