Thankful Thursday Hugs

I thank God my name was on the wake up list on this Thankful Thursday! Good Morning and Happy Thankful Thursday! I am thankful you are here.

This is our third Thankful Thursday of July 2020 and it is going to be a blessed, wonderful day. God is going to give you even more reasons to be thankful today.

Big, caring hugs are being sent your way. This hug is to let you know that you are loved and cared for. So very much. Reach out and grab this hug and receive the blessings sent with it.

I am thankful for everyone and everything I have in my life. You may have heard me say it before, but I know that I am the most blessed person I know.

I am sincere when I say that. God has blessed me in so many ways. I thank God for my family and friends and their good health.

I thank God for my freedom and, most importantly, I am thankful that God gave His only Son so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.

I want to pray a short, simple prayer for our Thankful Thursday. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is on our side, that He loves us and He is working things out for us.

Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful Thankful Thursday. We are thankful You woke us up on this third Thursday of July. May we wake each day with a thankful heart.

And may we always recognize our blessings and give You praise and honor for all the blessings You’ve placed in our lives.

No matter what we are going through, may we remember that You have not left us and we all have a choice to be thankful. We can choose to give You thanks.

Even though the past few months have been hard on us, we still remember that You have not left us. No matter what we’ve been through, no matter how difficult our days have been, we know You’ve been with us.

Lord, please end the health crisis across our Country right now. For those who are sick and suffering, touch them with Your healing hands and make their recovery fast.

Heal the division and bring Your people together in love and kindness. Help us see the good in others and help us bless others with what we have been given.

Be with my family, friends and everyone reading this. Bring happiness, joy and security into our homes, our workplaces, our public spaces and everywhere else.

We love You, Lord, and we are thankful for all the blessings You’ve placed in our lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
