Tuesday Hugs-August 15, 2023

Happy Tuesday! Good Morning and God Bless You, My Friends! I pray you woke up ready to begin your day and thankful for everyone and everything you have in your life.

Every morning we wake up, the first three things we should say is, “Thank You, thank You, and thank You, Lord, for waking me up”. We should always be grateful that we wake up.

Because we get another day to work God’s plan for us. We get another day to get it right. And we get another day to reflect His love, goodness and mercy.

I’m sending Tuesday hugs your way. I hope you are able to reach out and grab one as they go by. Don’t let them pass you by. A hug does wonders for your heart and soul.

With this hug, I am saying, “May God bless your day with His joy and peace. May you feel His love surround you and may you feel His protection throughout your day”.

I also wanted to pray a short, simple prayer and send it with your hug. Please take a few seconds and pray this prayer with me. I want you to receive the blessings this prayer can give you.

Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful gift of a new day. We are grateful You woke us up on this third Tuesday of August.

Lord, for everyone reading this, and for everyone praying this prayer, reach down and touch them in every part of their lives. Renew health, bless them financially and give them employment opportunities.

Let us feel Your presence and let us know that You are with us. We know Your mighty power and we believe You are working on our behalf.

Reach down and touch us with Your healing hands. Remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are struggling with.

For everyone praying this prayer, visit their homes today and leave with them Your blessings of joy and happiness.

Guide our footsteps away from danger and protect us from anyone or anything that would do us harm. Increase our faith in You and renew our hope.

Keep our eyes and our hearts focused on You. May we seek to know Your purpose for our lives and may we always strive to follow Your plan and wait on Your timing.

A lot of us have things going on that make us worry and cause us to not focus on You. But, we know that You can take all those worries away.

We are praying that You do just that. Take away our worries and anxieties and give us a peace that surpasses all understanding.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
