Happy Tuesday, my friends! Good Morning. I pray you have a positive day filled with happy moments, kindness and love. If you are like most of us, you are staying home today and keeping yourself and others safe.
Let’s all hope that our isolation ends soon. That we are able to be with our family, our friends and others. I heard someone say the other day, “I just want to be with people. It doesn’t have to be someone I know”.
I understood what she meant. We are social animals. Yes, sometimes we want to be alone and away from everyone, but for the most part, we crave human contact.
I just want to encourage you to not give up. Don’t start thinking that it is safe until you are told by your local authorities and leadership that it is safe.
When the time is right, we will probably all be “eased” back into the world a little at a time. And that will be okay. Some areas are harder hit, some not so bad.
With this hug, I am sending you encouragement to stay the course. Keep staying in until it is absolutely safe for you and your family.
Before you venture out, know that it is safe for you. Listen to reports from your local health departments and your local leadership. I wanted to pray a short prayer for your continued strength and perseverance.
Dear God,ย Thank You for keeping us safe during this pandemic. We are grateful that our families and our friends are healthy and safe.
Give us the strength and the perseverance to stay the course and keep staying in until it is safe for us and our families to venture out.ย
We want to be around people, we want to socialize, laugh with others and share good times. We have cabin fever and we want to be with others without fearing for our safety.
We believe that You are sending us better days and we will be able to do everything we want to do. We are trusting in You to keep us safe and keep us strong.ย
Take away our worries and anxieties and give us a peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesusโ name, we pray. Amen.
Throughout your day, if you need a hug, remember this one. Tuesday Hugs!
Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!

I too have said that I don’t have to know the people but I do want to be out amongst them again. But in saying that I do think that even as we are isolating in a lot of ways the world has come together like never before. We clap online for essential workers, we are playing online games like never before, families are talking to each other more than they did before and some people may even have come back to God or found him for the first time. Nature is benefiting tremendously from this world wide lockdown. Positive things are coming out of this.

Hugs make us feel warm and safe, when we hug we know we are loved. We must hug at a distance, close our eyes and remember what it feels like and know that time will be here again in the future.
