If you have something bothering you, causing you to worry or stress, I pray that God removes it right now and that your heart and soul feel His peace.
With this hug I am saying, “It’s a beautiful day today. We woke up. We are breathing. We get get another opportunity to walk with God, to love our loved ones and to be a blessing to others.”
You are not here by accident. You are here, right in this very place, reading this because you are supposed to be here.
I believe you are here—not just here reading this—but here on this earth because of God’s grace and favor. You are here because God has plans for you. You are supposed to be here. And I am thankful you are here.
God has a perfect plan and there are no accidents with God. The family you were born into, where you live, and the friends you have. None of them are accidents.
All the things that you wish you had done differently, the mistakes, the failures. None of them are accidents. God blesses you during these times. He brings you through the hard times and you are a stronger person.
Remember what Joseph’s brothers did to him”? He was thrown into a pit, sold and went to prison. But God’s hand was on him. He went from prison to prince. God took what was meant to harm Joseph and prepared him for his destiny.
Later in life, Joseph saw that it was God’s intent to bless him through the terrible actions of his brothers. Sometimes, when you are down, you may not be able to see the handiwork of God. Keep trusting God. He will bring you from the darkness into the light and He will take what is meant to harm you and bless you with it.
Close your eyes and imagine a big, caring hug that I am giving you! I care about you and want you to be happy! Wednesday Hugs!
