Do you remember important advice passed down from your mother and grandmother? You know, those things they told us when we were younger and, at the time, we kind of brushed them off?
Maybe we didn’t brush them off, but we didn’t realize the truth of their wisdom until much later in life. Well, I’ve seen this little bit of wisdom play out over and over again.
It’s always true: What goes around, comes around. What goes up, must come down. Everything in the dark, must come to light, and you will reap what you sow.
You don’t get much more real than that. No matter how old we get or what experiences we have in life, this piece of wisdom is true.
If you put out good in the world, good will come back around to you. That’s just life. And if you put out bad, you will receive bad. Every single time. No person is immune to this.
What you send up must come down. This is true for tangible and intangible things. A hot air balloon must come down, a plane must come down, a helicopter must come down.
I also see this as, if I send up prayers for someone, they are coming back down. If I send up good thoughts, positive thoughts and requests for God, they are coming back down. I believe this.
Sometimes people do things in “the dark” to hide what they are doing from other people. But it doesn’t matter how well they think they are hidden, what they are doing always comes to light.
If someone is hiding and trying to hurt you, or if they are sabotaging your work, or talking bad about you, it’s going to come to light.
Not only is it going to come to light, but they will be hurt much more than you. Not only will their plans come to light, but what they are planning for you will be done to them many times over.
Whatever seeds you sow, you will reap. If you sow seeds of goodness, positivity and love, you will reap goodness, positivity and love.
If you sow seeds of negativity, gossip, jealousy, resentment and chaos, you will reap the same. It isn’t a matter of “if”, it is a matter of “when”.
So, sow seeds of goodness, positivity, love, faith, hope and happiness. You will reap the benefits!

I remember my Great Grandmother and my Grandmother and my Mama all saying this more than one time. My Mama especially. I was the Baby and only Girl. I Loved Her So. The Many other Sayings as Well. Especially Reaping what you Sew. Plus that is in the Bible. Many people will say not. But if you live long enough. You will see it. I had an instance in my Family, where one cousin stole another cousins wife. Mama went and talked to my Uncle her Brother about it, because the night it happened. They let them stay in his house. Well the last thing Mama told them, What BLOWS Around Comes Around!!! It wasn’t 5 months she left my Cousin She left the other one for. They even divorced and she married the second cousin. He come to me and was asking for comfort. I told him you did that to your own cousin. We were Family. We still are. Mama told you. You knew better. So eat CROW!!!. That’s exactly what he got. She did the same thing. Thank goodness these Cousins made up. They both knew the error of their ways. But we are all guilty. You don’t get away with anything. Just like If you sew of. You will reap of. But Thank God We have a Risen Savior Jesus Christ who Paid for Our Sins. But as Long as we live in this World. We should All, try to live as we should. And remember these Sayings and Prompts that Our Granny’s and Mama’s, even Our Daddy’s too. But now in my early 60’s. I can Honestly say I know what they were talking about and I Love Them For It. I needed your message at this time in my life. I have been praying for guidance on how to resolve an issue resentment that my sister has towards me. She refuses to talk to me. I have apologized to the best of my ability. But, she has always had an emotional problem. To the point of seeking medical treatment for her condition.
She won’t even talk to family on the phone. She has to communicate by texting you. If she doesn’t want to talk to someone, she doesn’t respond, I said this is not a healthy relationship. I pray for her all the time, but she hasn’t responded in a positive way. So, I hope your prayers will help us. Thank you.
