Thankful Thursday Hugs

I thank God my name was on the wake up list for this fifth and last Thankful Thursday for July 2020. Good Morning and Happy Thankful Thursday!

Today is going to be a blessed, wonderful day. God is going to give you even more reasons to be thankful today. He has already woke you up.

I am thankful you are here. Big, caring hugs are being sent your way. This hug is to let you know that you are loved and cared for. So very much.

Reach out and grab this hug and receive the blessings sent with it. Even if you woke up sleepy, if you’re tired or feeling irritated, this hug will help put a smile on your face.

I want to pray a short, simple prayer for our Thankful Thursday. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is on our side, that He loves us and He is working things out for us.

Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful Thankful Thursday. We are thankful You woke us up on this fifth and last Thursday of July 2020.

Today, Lord, I have a thankful heart. I am thankful You woke me up and I am thankful for all the many blessings I have in my life.

I always want to recognize my blessings and give You praise and honor for everything You’ve blessed me with.

No matter how hard life gets, may we remember that You are still with us. We may be having tough times, but You are still with us.

Even though the past few months have been hard on us, we still remember that You have not left us. No matter what we’ve been through, no matter how difficult our days have been, we know You’ve been with us.

Lord, please end the health crisis across our Country right now. For those who are sick and suffering, touch them with Your healing hands and make their recovery fast.

We thank You for bringing us through this pandemic. Be with those families who have lost loved ones. Comfort them in their time of grief and suffering.

Heal the division, end the unrest and bring Your people together in love and kindness. Help us see the good in others and help us bless others with what we have been given.

Be with my family, friends and everyone reading this. Bring happiness, joy and security into our homes, our workplaces, our public spaces and everywhere else.

We love You, Lord, and we are thankful for You. Most of all, we are thankful that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ to forgive so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
