It’s our favorite day, my friends, and it’s New Year’s Day! Good Morning, Happy Friday and Happy New Year’s! Thank You, Lord, for bringing us through 2020 and waking us up to see 2021.

I want to pray a short prayer for your day and our New Year. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God hears our prayers, He is faithful and He is in control. And He is working things our for us in His perfect timing.
Dear God, We are so thankful our names were on the wake up list and we are here to see the beginning of 2021. Most of us are very happy to put 2020 in our rearview mirror and start the next chapter of our life.
We trust and believe that You hear our prayers. We trust that You are giving us a better 2021. A year of happiness, abundance, joy, peace and better opportunities for us and our families.
Lord, we pray that no matter what happens today and this New Year, we want to stay in Your peace. During the past year, we worried. We worried about our loved ones, about our jobs, about our future and we worried about our Country and the world.
In this New Year, forgive us, Lord, when we don’t wait on You, when we are impatient and when we lose hope. There are so many things happening outside our control. And we lose focus when we stop to focus on the chaos instead of staying in Your peace.
Heal our bodies, our minds, our emotions and our spirits. Restore complete health to us so that we are happy and joyous.
In 2021, remove worry, anxiety and chaos from our lives. Guide our feet away from trouble, harm and chaos. And heal us from diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, cancer, respiratory illnesses and all other illnesses that we are suffering from.
Bless all of us economically and financially. Restore the financial health of our Country, our families and everyone in need. Restore jobs and provide opportunities for people who are out of work.
Be with us all today, this weekend and the coming year and strengthen our faith in You. Renew our hope and recharge our soul. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Even though I am not with you physically, I pray that you feel this hug and the blessings sent with it. This hug is caring and meant especially for you. Friday Hugs!
