I hope your Sunday is blessed, my friends. Happy third Sunday of February 2023. I hope you are having a beautiful weekend and I pray that God blesses you and your family on this beautiful Sunday.
I’m sending Sunday Hugs your way. I am not trying to force a hug on you. I am simply saying that I love you, I care for you and God loves you more than you can imagine.
I wanted to pray a short, simple prayer and send it with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working things out for us.
Dear God, Thank You for waking us up and letting us see this beautiful, third Sunday of February 2023. You kept us safe during the night and we are so grateful.
Lord, we are entering a new week and we are thanking You in advance for everything You are going to do for us this week. We pray that we will walk close to You and listen intently for Your voice.
Lord, we know that no matter where we are worshiping today, You hear our prayers. And You are our safe place, You are our help, our peace, our calm.
God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea. ~Psalm 46:1-2.
Though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. He says, “Be still and know that I am God”. ~Psalm 46:3, 10.
Restore our good health for our bodies, our families, and our homes. Remove all sickness from us and let us enjoy the best health ever.
Touch us with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are suffering with.
Remove all our fears and anxieties and increase our trust in You, Lord. Let us feel Your presence and shine Your light on our paths.
Be with us this week and bless us as we start and end each day with prayer and a thankful heart. Help us be a blessing to others as You have blessed us.
Even though we sometimes let fear into our hearts and minds, we will remember to stop, pray and remember that You are God.
We know You are with us. We know You are in control and You are going to bless us and bring us through the week victoriously. We are standing on Your promises.
Give us a week filled with Your blessings of grace, mercy, favor, abundance and peace.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
