Friday Hugs-February 20, 2026

It’s our favorite day, my friends! Good Morning, Happy Friday and Happy Weekend! It’s our third Friday of February and I pray it is a beautiful start to your weekend. Rely on God and His promises to bring you safely through the weekend.

No matter what happens today, don’t let anyone bring you down. Keep smiling, keep moving forward, keep trusting God and His plan for your life. Because His plan for us is better than any plans we can ever imagine.

I’m sending Friday hugs your way. All hugs are special, but these are even more special since they are sent to start your weekend off with a smile.

I want to pray a short prayer for your day. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God hears our prayers, He is faithful and He is in control.

Dear God, This Friday is a gift from You. It is so wonderful to wake up knowing that You’ve given me another day to live. You’ve brought us through another week and we are thankful.

We are so thankful for the gift of prayer. It is so wonderful to have a lifeline directly to You. We pray because we believe in the power of prayer. We have seen the power of prayer in our lives.

We know You are hearing our prayers. You hear us when we can only shed tears because You know our hearts. You know our every need, our worries and our fears.

Lord, we need You to bring peace to our hearts and homes. Remove chaos, drama and all unnecessary mess from our lives.

We have so much going on right now. There is so much that makes us worry, so much that causes us anxiety. But, we will keep our eyes focused on You and not let all the chaos of the world enter our hearts and minds.

Touch our bodies with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, liver disease, kidney disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus, addiction and all other illnesses we are struggling with.

Be with all the families who have lost loved ones. Give them comfort and peace of mind.

Remove our worries, anxieties and fears. We want our trust to be so strong in You, that fear cannot enter our hearts.

Bless all of us economically and financially. Restore the financial health of our families and everyone in need. Restore jobs and provide opportunities for people who are out of work.

Be with us all today and this weekend and strengthen our faith in You. Renew our hope and recharge our soul.
