Friday Hugs

It’s our favorite day, my friends! Good Morning and Happy Friday! It’s that skip in your step, extra smiles, more laughter kind of day!

I’m sending Happy Friday Hugs your way. I hope you are able to catch one of these hugs and receive the blessings sent with it.

Yes, we have so much going on, the unrest in our Country, cases of the Coronavirus still occurring and the fear and worry that both these two crises bring about.

But, we are a resilient Country, a resilient People, and God will bring us through both these crises and we will be a stronger Nation.

Keep praying and keep trusting God. Keep hope alive in your heart. When your faith is bigger than your fears, and you keep hope alive, miracles happen.

I wish I could pour encouragement from my heart to yours. I would tell you to not give up. That we’ve come too far to give up now.

God has been with us this whole time and we know for sure that He hasn’t brought us this far just to abandon us.

I’m sending you this Friday hug to bring you encouragement and peace to your heart. It’s to let you know that you are loved and cared for.

I also wanted to send a short, simple prayer with this hug. Pray this prayer with me and receive the blessings sent with it:

Dear God, Thank You for bringing us through the week and to this beautiful Friday. We wouldn’t have made it without You.

You’ve protected us, blessed us and given us the strength to keep going during this week of unrest, worry, fear and uncertainty. We know You’ve been with us.

We are so thankful for Your protection during this week. A lot of us are still worried about our jobs, our finances and the future for us and our families.

We are trusting in You for everything. Restore our jobs, our finances and our ability to start again. Give us Your strength so that we are even stronger than we were before.

Be with my family and friends today and let them feel Your presence. Make our Friday a beautiful, peaceful, safe start to a beautiful, peaceful, safe weekend. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
