Happy Friday, My Friends! I hope your day and your weekend are blessed! Can you believe it is Friday again? My days are flying by. And it isn’t just any Friday…it’s our last Friday before Christmas.
Did your week fly by too? Have you felt rushed or a little overwhelmed when trying to find the right Christmas gift? Is the rush of the Christmas Season making you feel anxious? Stop right now. Take a deep breath. Everything is going to be alright.
I’m sending you this hug to bring a smile to your face and peace to your heart.
God gave us the first Christmas gift. He gave us His Son, Jesus. So, don’t let the rush of the Christmas Season make you anxious or make you feel like your life is out of control. God gave us Jesus so that we wouldn’t feel that way. God wants us to be at peace in all seasons.
Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. ~Psalm 46:10.
No matter how stressed life seems to be right now, remember that God wants us to live in His peace. He wants us to love Him and trust Him.
But we have to slow down to hear His voice. Worry, anxiety, and chaos keeps us from being able to hear Him. Take a few minutes today, be still and talk with God. Let Him remove all your worries. Let His peace be yours.
Even though I can’t physically be with you all, I still want to send you out a Friday hug to let you know that God loves you and I love you too. So, here is a big, caring hug!
