Monday Hugs-May 10, 2021

Good Morning! Our first thought of each morning should be, ‘Thank You, God, for waking us up today”. We are blessed to see this new day, this new week.

Life is too short to live in an upset, chaotic state all the time. Today, make a point to stay in God’s peace. Don’t let anyone or any situation take you out of His peace.

I’m sending Monday hugs your way. Your hug is sent with love and care and is meant to let you know that God is with you and He cares for you.

I’m also sending a prayer with your hug. I’m sending this prayer because I believe in the power of prayer and I believe that, with God, all things are possible.

Please pray this prayer with me, believe, and receive the blessings sent with it. Know in your heart that prayer has the power to bring about miracles.

Dear God, We thank You for waking us up. We are thankful that You woke us up and let us see this beautiful new day and new week. Thank You for a beautiful Mother’s Day weekend.

Thank You for beautiful weather and for the time we were able to spend with our mothers and families. What a blessing it was to be able to spend time together. May we never take our blessings for granted.

Lord, we pray that You pour out Your blessings of grace, mercy and favor and You bless this week for each of us. We are so grateful You are in our lives.

Place a shield of protection around our families and friends. Protect us from anyone or anything that isn’t meant for our good. Take all that is meant to hurt us and turn it around for our good.

Lord, help us to be peacemakers. May we take peace to everyone and into every situation we are in. You are not the author of confusion and we trust You to keep us in peace.

Bring a complete end to this health crisis and restore good health to us all. Heal anyone who is sick and suffering and let them feel Your touch.

Give us the strength we need to be victorious in each day of the week. We know that You want us to be happy, peaceful and walking with You.

We love You, Lord, we trust in You and we are going to live each day of this week for Your glory. We will use Your love in our hearts to make this world a better place.

Help us to be a blessing to others and to serve as a light for others to find You in the darkness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Today, whenever you need a hug, remember that this one is here for you. And remember that God loves you, cares for you and He will never leave you. Monday Hugs!
