Saturday Hugs-October 15, 2022

Good Morning and Happy Saturday, my friends! It’s our third Saturday of October 2022 and I pray that your day and your weekend are blessed by God.

I’m sending Saturday hugs your way. This hug is to say that God loves you, cares for you, protects you, wants to see you blessed, and wants to see you happy.

And I am sending a little prayer with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me. And when you pray, believe that God hears our prayers and He is still on the throne.

Dear God, We thank You for this day and this weekend. We wouldn’t be here without You in our lives. You continue to keep us safe and happy.

Reach down and touch every single person who is praying this prayer. Let them feel Your peace, calm and grace. Wrap us in Your loving care.

We claim and receive the blessings You are sending for our weekend, Lord. We accept Your blessings of happiness, peace, joy and renewed energy.

Lord, we truly believe that You brought us through the week and woke us up to see this beautiful weekend. Just like You do every night, You kept us safe and blessed us with another day.

Many of us have been going through hard times. You have brought us through months and months of hard times and we are not to the end of hard times. But You hear us when we pray and You know our hearts.

We know that You have the power to make us feel renewed, to feel like our energy and our motivation are refreshed.

Lord, please send Your angels to guard and protect us. Place Your shields around us and push back anyone or anything that would do us harm.

Touch us with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, lupus, hypertension and all other illnesses we are struggling with.

Lord, let us feel Your calming presence in all areas of our lives. Remove our racing thoughts, our overthinking and calm our minds so that we can focus on You.

For those of us who are grieving the loss of a loved one, please wrap us in Your loving arms and comfort us. Help us to remember the good times with all those we love.

We know, Lord, that it is important for us to feel peace and calm in our hearts, our homes, and all spaces in which we spend our time. We cannot focus on You if we live a chaotic life.

Let only positive people and energy enter our homes. Remove all negativity from our spaces and dispel drama before it finds us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
