Sunday Hugs-January 23, 2022

This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. ~Psalm 118:24. Good Morning, my friends! Happy Sunday! I pray you woke up with a smile on your face and peace in your heart.

I’m sending Sunday Hugs your way! I don’t want you to miss out on these hugs because they are special. They are sent to start your week off with a smile.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. ~John 3:16.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ~Jeremiah 29:11.

I want to send a prayer with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is going to bless us. Remember, with God all things are possible.

Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful, blessed Sunday. We are so thankful You woke us up on this fourth Sunday of January 2022. We know that it is a blessing to be alive and breathing.

Lord, thank You for letting us see the beginning of a new week. Last week, some of us struggled. But we know that You have woken us up and let us see a new week. And we know You are going to bring us through this week too.

We know that You know what is best for us and we know that You are doing things for us, rearranging things, and  giving us favor with others.

May we always stop to remember that when things are going wrong, You are preparing us for better days ahead. You are making a way for us and restoring everything we need to be happy.

Many of us are struggling with health problems. Touch us with Your healing hands and remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are struggling with.

Be with all families who have lost loved ones. Give them Your comfort and let them know You are with them.

Give us new opportunities, restore jobs, replenish finances and make a way for us and our families. And when we are blessed, show us ways to bless others.

We know You are with us. We know You are in control and we know that You are worthy to be praised. Thank You for Your never ending love and care.

Be with my family and friends this week. Give them a week filled with Your blessings of grace, mercy, favor, abundance and peace.
